Make a Cash Donation
You can make a cash donation to the HCC NE Drama Department to help offset the cost associated with staging a production. (We base the donations on 3 consecutive productions since donations do not have to be made at the beginning of the academic year. The 3 consecutive productions include one Fall Semester production, one Spring Semester production and one Summer, Children's Theatre production.)
DONOR ($50 donation)
You will receive a DONOR Level program mention in 3 consecutive programs and 2 free tickets to the upcoming production.

SPONSOR ($200 donation)
You will receive a SPONSOR Level program mention in 3 consecutive programs and 2 free tickets to 3 consecutuve productions.
PRODUCER ($500 donation)
You will receive a PRODUCER Level program mention in 3 consecutive programs and 4 free tickets to 3 consecutive productions. You will also get a PRODUCER star plaque placed in the Theater for posterity.
BENEFACTOR ($1,000 donation)
You will receive a BENEFACTOR Level program mention in 3 consecutive programs and 4 free tickets to 3 consecutive productions plus 4 additional free tickets for the performance(s) of your choice. You will also get a BENEFACTOR star plaque placed in the Theater for posterity.
Every little bit truly helps. For example—

$50 could pay for the costumes for one actor,

$200 could pay for one student to attend the TCCSTA PlayFest,

$500 could play for the royalties of a production, and
-
$1000 could pay for the sets and props for an entire production.
You can run an ad in a show program for a single production or for a whole series of productions.
Program ads are sized:
1/4 page (2.5"x3.75") $20/production $50/3 consecutive productions
1/2 page (5"x3.75") $30/production $75/3 consecutive productions
Whole page (5"x7.5") $50/production $120/3 consecutive productions
All ads must be camera-ready and will be produced in gray-scale only.
(Cost deduction given on the final production.)
Also available are Program Inserts. Program inserts can be of any size--from business cards to full-page (8/5"x11") pre-printed material. For program inserts, you supply the inserts to the HCC NE Drama Department at least 1 week prior to the production opening and the inserts are added into the programs for the production. Since you prepare the program inserts, they can be card stock, full-color, whatever! You prepare them as necessary for your advertising needs.
Program inserts are $25/production.
Please note: All ads and inserts must be paid at least 1 week prior to the production opening. Ads must be appropriate to the HCC audience and mission of the Houston Community College System.
We are always needing the following items to help with productions:
paint supplies--paint, brushes/rollers, trays, buckets, etc.
lumber supplies--2x4's, plywood, molding/trim, etc.
storage supplies--tubs, empty butter tubs with lids, empty baby food jars, etc.
cleaning supplies--clean rags, baby wipes, etc.
sewing supplies--fabric, yarn, thread, needles, etc.
Other items we accept (provided we have the space to store them!):
clean, lightly worn clothing and shoes--womens and mens
furniture pieces--chairs, tables, lamps, or other accessory pieces
old books, knick-knacks, and other small household items
